SEI Women's Network Second Annual Leadership Summit Continues to Educate and Inspire
Over 200 Business Professionals From SEI and the Surrounding Philadelphia Community Gathered to Attend "The Limitless You," an Event Focused on Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Motivation
OAKS, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/16/15 -- SEI (NASDAQ: SEIC) Women's Network held its second annual Leadership Summit at SEI's Oaks, PA headquarters on Dec. 2 as part of the company's ongoing leadership efforts surrounding diversity and women in the workplace. This year's summit, "The Limitless You," featured presentations, seminars and breakout sessions on a variety of topics, including leadership, motivation and entrepreneurship.

The event kicked off with a whirlwind of three presentations in one hour to discuss motivation, entrepreneurship and leadership, led by Cathy Stemmler, President and CEO, InDevelopment, LLC, Cassandra Bailey, President and CEO, Slice Communications, and Al Chiaradonna, Senior Vice President, SEI Wealth Platform(SM), North America Private Banking, respectively.
Established industry professionals, many of whom were SEI employees and women from the surrounding Philadelphia business community, led discussions on a range of topics, including, "How to be an Entrepreneur Anywhere," "Managing the Chaos," "Why Mentoring Matters," and "Managing Gender in the Workplace." In addition, keynote speaker, Lu Ann Cahn, Author of "I Dare Me," concluded the day's event by sharing insights and advice on breaking out of one's comfort zone and taking risks.
